  • Capacity audit and technical feasibility assessment: we validate the conditions for project completion, considering all the physical constraints and costs.

  • Layout and fit-out studies: Using the site’s specifications and the space audit our services run from the overall organization of a company’s services in the building to the detailed specifications of each workstation and type of space. 
  • Interior design: we provide innovative solutions in design and layout to create the environment sought by a company in its workspace.
  • Furniture management: we determine the solution best suited to your project, taking into consideration the premises, the type of workstations and space layout, organizational issues, budget concerns and the opinions of end users.
  • Managing contractor: we prepare specifications, organize tenders and provide assistance in the choice of trade contractors. We coordinate works and monitor work in progress through to completion.

Our subsidiaries Meg and Moma can also work as general contractor to design and carry out the works.

  • Organizing moves: we prepare and supervise the transfer of people, personal effects, and business assets, in seamless moves that leave the corporate interface to the outer world intact.
